Our client one of the largest freight and transport companies in the world is seeking to appoint a Regional Sales Manager of their overland product, responsible for managing the sales function for 6 branches across Germany.
The position:
Managing 20+ direct reports with further 25+ indirect reports
Time split 80% managing reports and 20% personal sales
Management of key accounts
Join sales calls
Personal development of team
Frequent travel to cover regional offices
The person:
Exceptional knowledge of overland road freight solutions
Previous management experience
Proven sales background
The package:
Salary circa €100,000 + 10% bonus + car + laptop + phone
