Business Development Manager South Carolina, USA

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated, detail-oriented, energetic Salesperson for our Branch in South Carolina. This person will develop new business Air, Ocean, Domestic Trucking, Brokerage, Warehousing/Distribution and 3PL in support of my client’s revenue goals. The position will report to the Sales Director.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Primary Duties:

• Responsible for new business development – air, ocean, logistics services warehousing/distribution
• Expected to make between 10-15 direct customer sales calls per week
• Responsible for managing a customer list of 30-35 target accounts (existing/potential accounts)
• Assigned quarterly and annual revenue targets to include overall territory target and individual account targets
• Responsible for developing strong client relationships with focus on immediate and long-term business opportunities
• Work closely with CS/Operational staff on business implementation, account management and overall account support
• Revenue Responsibility – AE has a 100% Revenue Responsibility

$80-90k + market-leading commission structure
